My favorite cupcake is chocolate with this frosting so of course, they made an appearance at the first ever Sparrow House BBQ!
1 lb. (4 C.) Powdered Sugar. 1 C. Salted Sweet Cream Butter
1/4 C. Pureed Strawberries
Mix powdered sugar and butter in a mixer on low. Add strawberry puree and mix until the right consistency. Pipe onto cupcake with large decorator bags.
