Debbie’s BBQ Chicken Marinade

A very popular chicken at the Sparrow House BBQ – even eaten as cold leftovers the next day.  Here’s the recipe you guys were asking for!  Enjoy!

1 C. Brown Sugar            1/2 C. Cider Vinegar

1/4 C. Olive Oil                 1/4 C. Lemon Juice

3 T. Grainy Mustard        6 Cloves Garlic, crushed

2 T. Lime Juice                  2 tsp. Lime Zest

Mix ingredients in blender or food processor.  Marinate chicken in Ziploc for 24 hours.  Grill or bake as desired.
